XIGDUO 5/1000MG contain Dapagliflozin which belongs to a group of medicine called sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT2) inhibitors. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus and helps to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a condition in which your body does not make enough insulin, and or the insulin produces does not work.
