By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to the following:
1. Shopping, Orders & Payments
To provide accurate personal and delivery information when shopping via the Quickmart app, website, or in-store.
That all orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the final price at checkout.
That payment for online or app purchases must be made via the approved methods (e.g., mobile money, cards, wallets).
That Quickmart reserves the right to cancel or limit orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
That an order is only confirmed as successfully placed once the customer receives an official confirmation message (SMS, email, or in-app notification) with a system-generated order ID.
2. Delivery & Fulfillment
Quickmart will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within selected time slots, but delays may occur due to traffic, demand, or unforeseen circumstances.
That customers must be available at the delivery address during the chosen slot. Missed deliveries may result in rescheduling or cancellation. Redelivery where the customer is unavailable and the rider returns the goods may attract extra delivery charge.
That delivery fees, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
That self-pickup options are available and must be collected within the notified time frame.
3. Loyalty Program (Q-Points)
To earn 1 Q-Point for every KES 100 (exclusive of taxes) spent at Quickmart.
That Q-Points are recorded using the customer’s registered phone number or ID.
That Q-Points are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and expire after 12 months.
That Q-Points can only be redeemed at the customer's discretion both in app, website, or offline store.
That Quickmart may change the value, conditions, or redemption options of Q-Points at its discretion.
4. Promotions, Games & Rewards
From time to time, Quickmart may offer game-based promotions (e.g., Krek It game) where rewards are earned upon meeting set shopping thresholds.
That eligibility for these promotions is based on meeting the minimum cart value and providing consent to participate.
That any prizes or wallet credits earned from such games are subject to verification and can only be claimed through the official channels.
That jackpot rewards or high-value gifts will be arranged through customer care, with identity verification and store collection arrangements.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
That non-perishable goods can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase; perishable goods within 1 day.
That items must be returned to any Quickmart store or upon approval collected by designated rider in original condition with receipt, packaging, tags, and barcode intact unless due to a quality issue.
That replacements are only processed at the original store of purchase and at the discretion of the store team.
That no cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
That damaged, altered, washed, or used products (including undergarments) are not eligible for return or replacement.
That if the original product is out of stock, an alternative of similar value and purpose may be offered. Any additional cost will be covered by the customer.
6. Personal Data & Privacy
To allow Quickmart to collect, store, and process personal information (name, contacts, transaction details, etc.) for purposes of order fulfillment, loyalty management, customer support, and marketing.
That customer data may be shared with trusted third-party partners (e.g., payment processors, IT systems, delivery partners) solely for service delivery.
That browsing behaviour on the website or app may be tracked via cookies and analytics tools for performance and personalization.
That customers have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information by contacting Quickmart Customer Care.
That Quickmart complies with the Data Protection Act of Kenya and other applicable privacy regulations.
7. Marketing & Communication
By signing up and shopping online, the customer consents to receive promotional messages, offers, and service updates from Quickmart via SMS, email, or app notifications.
That customers may opt out of marketing communication at any time by:
Clicking "unsubscribe" in email/SMS
Adjusting settings on the Quickmart app or website
8. Platform Use
That the customer is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to their account.
That any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of the terms may result in account suspension or termination.
That use of the Quickmart platforms must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Changes to Terms
That Quickmart reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
That continued use of Quickmart services, website, or app after such updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes arising from the use of Quickmart services shall be resolved in accordance with the legal system of the Republic of Kenya.
